Easy chocolate mousse recipe (only 3 ingredients!)
Introduction
The chocolate mousse is the finest and most delicious classic French dessert! This recipe is a creamy mousse, light, melts in the mouth without the use of gelatin at all. Alser Yakman in khafq al-karima and adding the ingredients in the right way to get the ideal air quality.
Ingredients:
200 grams of high quality dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
400 ml of heavy cream (at least 35% fat)
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation method:
Step 1: Melt the chocolate
Cut the chocolate into small pieces
Put them in a pot over a hot water bath (bain marie).

Remove it from fire and cool it to room temperature (very important!)
